Facility Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the residential apartment community by supervising MEP systems including Electrical, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, Fire Fighting, and HVAC. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time while leading housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical teams. Handle resident complaints, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and monitor vendor performance for SLA compliance. Conduct regular inspections, prepare operational and MIS reports, and maintain asset registers. Ensure compliance with statutory, fire, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct staff training on SOPs, safety procedures, and emergency response. Coordinate with the Apartment Owners Association and attend committee meetings. Minimum 2+ years experience in residential apartments required with B.E/B.Tech in Electrical. Location in ECR.
