Facility Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the residential apartment community, supervising MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, fire fighting, and HVAC. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time while leading housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical teams. Handle resident complaints, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and monitor vendor performance for SLA compliance. Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and MIS reports. Monitor operational budgets, verify invoices, control maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with statutory, fire, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain asset registers, inventory, and maintenance records while conducting staff training on SOPs, safety procedures, and emergency response. Coordinate with the Apartment Owners Association and attend committee meetings to ensure smooth facility operations and high resident satisfaction.
