Job Summary
Facilities Manager responsible for leading all aspects of operational contract delivery, including daily site operations, hard and soft services, financial management, and customer service delivery on site; reports to Senior Facility Manager and supports reporting, performance reviews, and escalation; manages Building Management Systems, PPM schedules, EHS/Quality compliance, and vendor relationships; acts as primary local contact for facilities, aims to align standards for cleaning, PPM, and shipping, and ensures timely, KPI/SLA-driven delivery across multi-site facilities; requires leadership of onsite teams, experience in corporate environments, and fluency in French and English; on-site role based in Paris with a focus on delivering high levels of workplace experience and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in related role within customer facing environment/FM.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Pro-active and hands on; ability to support other team members.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable.
- IT Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Contract management and vendor relationships.
