Job Summary
Facility Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, space management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and secure operations across Sedna/DMS locations. Focused on building operations, maintenance, and project execution in a sensitive environment supporting electromechanical assembly, light manufacturing, and warehousing. Responsibilities include coordinating renovations and building maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety requirements (OSHA), coordinating with security, vendors, and contractors for projects and moves, negotiating vendor contracts and maintaining relationships with building owners and partners, and communicating facility updates and responding to emergencies. Demonstrates proactive leadership, multi-project prioritization, and strong safety/compliance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of related progressive professional experience in facility management and/or production operations, or related experience
- Security Clearance Requirement: The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong project coordination and compliance skills
- Experience with safety and OSHA, building codes, and corporate safety policies
- Effective project and maintenance management; experience coordinating renovations, project management schedules, and vendor work on schedule and at cost
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience
