Facility Manager (Bay Ridge Corps)

Manage Salvation Army Bay Ridge Corps facilities by maintaining policies, performing daily exterior sweeps, and driving the corps vehicle for maintenance and chauffeur duties. Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all properties, coordinate routine repairs, and direct employee requests through the Corps Officer for approval. Conduct facility and quarters inspections, communicate findings to maintain compliance, and assist in securing bids. Supervise volunteers and complete special event setups as assigned. Answer the general office telephone daily from noon until 1 p.m.
