Job Summary
Manage the center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, supervising B- and C-Mechanics on pinsetters, lanes, and scoring equipment. Recruit, hire, and train mechanics while ensuring compliance with OSHA safety practices and maintaining machine stop records. Schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and assist in planning budgets for repairs and upgrades. Obtain bids for emergency repairs and suggest equipment improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
- An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
