Job Summary
Manage the center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, supervising B- and C-Mechanics on pinsetters, lanes, and scoring equipment. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule mechanics while providing instruction on safety, building maintenance, and preventative procedures. Monitor operational compliance with OSHA standards, maintain machine stop records, and schedule routine upkeep for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. Assist in planning repairs, obtaining bids, and suggesting equipment improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
- An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
- Be available to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center
