Job Summary
Oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions while executing preventative schedules to monitor equipment performance. Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision, and manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets. Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards, providing technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires 3+ years of facilities leadership in high-volume environments with practical experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Flexible availability is essential for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
- Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
- Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
- Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
- Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
