Job Summary
Manage the bowling center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, supervising mechanics responsible for pinsetters, lanes, and scoring equipment. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics while providing instruction on safety procedures, building maintenance, and preventative care. Monitor operational compliance with OSHA standards, maintain machine stop records, and schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Assist in planning budgets for repairs and upgrades, obtaining bids and suggesting equipment improvements to reduce costs. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays as needed to ensure efficient center performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
- An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
- Be available to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center
