Job Summary
Manage and take full responsibility for the Hang Bai facility's day-to-day operations, optimizing capacity and resource utilization by coordinating schedules for doctors, technicians, and operational departments. Directly manage employees within the operations function, including Reception, Customer Service, Facility Administration, Logistics, and Housekeeping, while ensuring compliance with operational standards and service quality requirements. Monitor and analyze performance indicators to drive productivity and efficiency, proactively address operational issues and customer complaints, and propose solutions to improve business performance and optimize costs. Job performance is assessed based on achieving 70% of operational KPI targets and 30% of revenue and P&L targets.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or higher
- preferably in Business Administration
- preferably in Hospitality Management
- other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
- at least 2 years of experience managing a facility or branch with direct responsibility for P&L
