Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team's activities to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime. Lead the site team in developing SOPs, writing continuous improvement plans, and driving compliance with all applicable regulations through active participation in inspections and audits. Manage plant operations safely in non-standard modes and emergencies while liaising with Sourcing and IM teams to coordinate loading and unloading via the Liquid Production Optimisation tool. Accountable for routine and corrective M1 maintenance tasks and optimizing facility equipment systems according to AL maintenance strategy. Communicate effectively with on-site colleagues and experts to identify trends, share data, and disseminate information to ensure the plant reaches its best operating point.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or relevant maintenance domain
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Technical competency in ASU operations, processes and related technology
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaborative skills
- Customer and results focused
- Ability to confidently make decisions and work autonomously within scope of authority
- Knowledge of at least 1 relevant maintenance domain is required (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
