Job Summary
Conduct facility condition assessments, inspections, and audits of buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems to evaluate performance and identify deficiencies. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs while tracking work orders and maintenance performance in enterprise systems like DMLSS-FM and MAXIMO. Coordinate with stakeholders including NAVFAC, USMC, and contractors to document project requirements, prepare scope documents, and support capital investment planning and cost estimating. Liaise with regional and enterprise leadership to ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and mission-ready through continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a facility maintenance program in hospital, military, or special purpose installation settings
- Demonstrated experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities and/or developing preventative maintenance programs
- Working knowledge of facility management systems, specifically DMLSS-FM, MAXIMO, PAX, and GFEBS
- Experience preparing and/or working with government documentation, including DD Form 1392 and DD Form 1354
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
