Facility Management - Janitor Full Time

Maintain facility cleanliness by mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, desks, door handles, phones, windows, and restrooms. Empty trash and recycling bins, cut grass, trim bushes, and remove debris and snow from sidewalks. Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment while dusting furniture and fixtures. Maintain cleaning inventory, place orders for new products, replace air filters, maintain HVAC systems, stock supply rooms, and perform minor repairs on machinery and tools. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.
