Facility Management - Janitor Full Time

Maintain facility cleanliness by mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, desks, door handles, phones, and restrooms. Clean windows, mirrors, and carpets while removing debris, snow, and trash from sidewalks and bins. Operate floor scrubbers and equipment to dust furniture and fixtures. Maintain cleaning inventory by placing orders for new products and stock supply rooms. Replace air filters and maintain HVAC systems. Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools. Cut grass and trim bushes to maintain outdoor grounds. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.
