Facility Management - Full Time (Simple)

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls using floor scrubbers, vacuums, and disinfectants. Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones while maintaining cleaning inventory and placing orders for new products. Maintain outdoor grounds by cutting grass, trimming bushes, and removing debris or snow from sidewalks. Empty trash and recycling bins, stock supply rooms, and replace air filters to maintain HVAC systems. Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools, and notify supervisors of unsafe conditions. Wash and clean windows, mirrors, and restrooms, dusting furniture and fixtures throughout the facility.
