Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Maintain a clean and organized facility by conducting thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and client living spaces. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables while responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues and concerns. This role requires heavy manual labor, lifting a minimum of 50lbs, and standing for long periods of time. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Graduation from a vocational or trade school in lieu of education, with experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to communicate, read, and write English
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Must have a valid United States Driver's license and a clean DMV record for at least one year
