Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining facility and equipment in a nursing home setting in Olathe, KS. Duties include following maintenance schedule, performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical), replacing light bulbs and inspecting/servicing heating and cooling units, adhering to fire safety and safety procedures, keeping work areas clean and safe, and assisting with general plant upkeep while supporting a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), EAP, and training opportunities.
