Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings while performing general maintenance, installation, repair, and service across various sites. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof checks, effectively utilizing hand and power tools to complete work requests timely and professionally. Collaborate with other technicians to accomplish complex projects and manage company truck and gas card logistics. Maintain continuous education through U-Haul University. Requires experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping; valid driver's license and D.O.T. certification needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
- Must be 18 or older
