Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings while performing general maintenance, installation, repair, and service across various sites. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof checks, effectively utilizing hand and power tools to complete work requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects and manage company truck and gas card records. Maintain troubleshooting skills across both maintenance and IT environments, including computer and security systems. Requires valid driver's license and DOT certification, with a starting pay of $21.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across both maintenance and IT environment
