Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings while performing general maintenance, installation, repair, and service. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof checks at various sites using hand and power tools. Collaborate with other technicians to accomplish complex projects and complete work requests timely. Manage company truck and gas card records while participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University. Requires experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping, a valid driver's license, and DOT certification. Offers full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits with a $100 hiring bonus and $300 certification bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
