Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and building new buildings; perform general maintenance, installation, repair, and service; conduct preventive maintenance and semiannual roof inspections; work with hand and power tools; coordinate with other technicians to complete complex projects; complete work requests promptly; track company vehicle and gas card; participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
