Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings while performing general maintenance, installation, repair, and service across various sites. Execute preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof checks, effectively utilizing hand and power tools to complete work requests timely. Collaborate with other technicians to accomplish complex projects and manage company truck and gas card usage. Participate in continuous education through U-Haul University. Requires experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping; valid driver's license and D.O.T. certification needed. Schedule includes two hands-on working interviews with a $100 hiring bonus and $300 cash bonus upon completing the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
