Job Summary
Inspect, maintain and build new buildings; perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service; conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites; work with a variety of hand/power tools; collaborate with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to complete complex projects; complete work requests quickly and professionally; track company truck and gas card; participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
