Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical facility, performing preventative and restorative maintenance, following applicable codes and regulations. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs; painting, drywall patching, lighting replacements, and repairs to wheelchairs and beds; reporting and recording information for preventative maintenance; maintaining the Life Safety Binder and Emergency Plan; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires High School diploma or GED (or educational equivalent) and at least 2 years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to operate a computer. Work hours are 8am-4:30pm with an on-call rotation. Location: New Hope, Minnesota (5500 Boone Avenue N, New Hope MN 55428, United States). Required Qualifications
