Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills. Responsible for general facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, emergency responder on duty or on-call, and assisting with events including electrical power and A/V setup. Performs maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and concrete work; operates power tools; maintains tools and equipment; documents work in the maintenance program; ensures compliance with safety, codes, and PPE requirements; uses mobile devices and digital tools to receive and close work orders; demonstrates professionalism and owner-service mindset while supporting a collaborative “One Brays” environment. Requires High school diploma or equivalent and HVAC certifications; 3-5 years multi-faceted maintenance experience with HVAC concentration; able to work extended hours including weekends/holidays; capable of mental alertness, effective communication, and working in varied indoor/outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification (NATE, HVAC Excellence, etc.)
- electrical or plumbing trade certifications (preferred)
- OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
- 3-5 years maintenance experience with HVAC emphasis
