Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Technician position supporting two Sacramento locations; responsibilities include diagnosing and performing general facility repairs (including vehicle components), drywall patching and painting, preparing bids/estimates for major repairs, handling basic plumbing/electrical tasks, assembling furniture, installing/replacing cabinet and door locks, and maintaining repair cost documentation. The role requires travel between facilities, ability to respond to emergencies, independent decision-making, and adherence to safety and dress code; requires 2-5 years of maintenance experience, high school diploma, CA driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
