Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Team Member will assist the Facility Manager with the daily upkeep of the facility's buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include maintaining appearance and cleanliness, inventories, coordinating cleaning schedules, knowledge of building internals (sprinkler, HVAC, alarm systems), managing utilities, maintaining playing surfaces, scheduling maintenance on equipment, coordinating with Directors and contractors, handling inspections (fire, sprinkler, elevator), overseeing grounds maintenance (courts, weeds, trash), developing annual court maintenance plans, operating machinery, maintaining trees/shrubbery/flowers, keeping maintenance logs, following up with guests for improvements, and completing special projects as directed by the Operations Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with sports facilities and associated grounds and equipment
- General knowledge of maintenance, janitorial & landscaping
- Ability to work long hours and varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License or ability to obtain one
