Job Summary
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor at MacLellan Integrated Services leads a team of Maintenance Technicians, implementing maintenance solutions for quality improvement and efficiency. Candidates must have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and familiarity with maintenance planning software.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Journeyman status, equivalent training, or certification in an engineering discipline
- Ability to efficiently work with maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair dock doors, levelers, and restraints
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Experience troubleshooting 480-volt 3 phase and 120/24-volt control systems
- Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry
