Facility Maintenance Staff

Job Summary
Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and maintain physical space to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. Process work order requests and act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors for specialized problems. Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and safely operate shop equipment including forklifts. Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed. Follow safety standards throughout the facility. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and a driver's license. Current CPR/First Aid certification is required or ability to obtain.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
