• •6 Years of Direct Experience in Facility Maintenance
• •Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions
• •Must be open to overtime
• •Must be able to lift 50lbs
• •Must be able to carry up to 50lbs
• •Must be able to drive, bend/stoop, reach over shoulder, kneel, push/pull
• •Must be able to squat/crouch, climb, balance occasionally
• •Must be able to stand and walk constantly
• •Must be able to operate boom/scissor lift
• •Must be able to operate fork lift
• •Must be able to operate wheel loader
• •Must be able to operate aerial lift
• •Must be able to use computer
• •Must be able to use copy/fax machine
• •Must be able to follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, and safety procedures
• •Must be able to maintain compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and customer-specific requirements
• •Must be able to report unsafe conditions, equipment failures, and potential risks immediately
• •Must be able to participate in safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities
• •Must be able to maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts
• •Must be able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment, tools, and operational systems
• •Must be able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural issues
• •Must be able to diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions to minimize operational downtime
• •Must be able to conduct routine inspections of facility equipment and identify potential safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• •Must be able to perform welding, fabrication, cutting, and general repairs as needed
• •Must be able to assist with facility modifications, installations, and improvement projects
• •Must be able to support emergency repairs and respond quickly to operational disruptions
• •Must be able to complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records
• •Must be able to perform inspections and document findings related to equipment conditions
• •Must be able to provide maintenance support to vehicle processing operations to ensure production objectives are achieved
• •Must be able to work closely with Operations, Safety, and Management teams to resolve facility-related issues
• •Must be able to prioritize repairs based on operational impact and business needs
• •Must be able to support startup, shutdown, and relocation activities involving equipment and facility assets
• •Must be able to assist with vendor coordination and contractor support when required
• •Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
