Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and operation of the Crestview Youth Academy campus, supervise physical plant staff, coordinate daily maintenance tasks, manage facility improvement and repair projects, conduct routine inspections, ensure safety and security systems function properly, track fire, safety, and health inspections, work with program leadership to identify maintenance needs, and manage contractors and documentation related to facility maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience directly related to facility maintenance, building operations, or similar work
- Project management experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screening requirements
- Ability to meet company auto insurance requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and leadership
- Ability to work within a collaborative management environment
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
