Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facility buildings, grounds, and parking areas; supervise physical plant staff and coordinate daily maintenance tasks; manage facility improvement, renovation, and repair projects; conduct routine building inspections; ensure safety and security systems are functioning properly, including building monitoring and access control systems; track and maintain fire, safety, and health inspection requirements and coordinate corrective actions; work with program leadership to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs; manage contractor and vendor work related to facility operations, equipment, and grounds; maintain documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience directly related to facility maintenance, building operations, or similar work
- Project management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screening requirements
