Facility Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities at a large automated and non-automated facility, directing a maintenance team to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations. Manage CMMS planning, budgeting for labor and materials, and energy-saving initiatives; collaborate with the General Manager on budgets, vendor engagement for automation projects, and capital improvements; drive site-level energy efficiency projects with the Energy Management team and contribute to future building or automation project design with Network Optimization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience managing facility maintenance teams
- For automated facilities: 4+ years managing automated warehouses or distribution centers
- Experience working with ammonia, Freon, or CO2 refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan compliance
- Proficient with CMMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
