Facility Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and drive facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and events crews to meet deadlines for tournament and event preparation. Implement maintenance schedules for play surfaces, common areas, and mechanical equipment while overseeing staff training and safety policies. Coordinate with government partners, manage subcontractor agreements, and ensure timely submission of operational and budgetary reports. Provide hands-on support for playing surface maintenance and monitor facility activities to improve customer service and operational efficiencies. This role reports directly to the General Manager at a premier youth sports venue opening in 2026.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 5 years applicable facilities management experience
