Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; must be mobile and capable of handling physical tasks. Role includes ensuring a safe, clean, and functional facility with attention to detail and ability to work with team to address maintenance requests. Compensation ranges $20.00-$25.00 per hour with benefits including 401k, medical, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
