Job Summary
Complete general repairs including painting, carpentry, basic electrical work, and plumbing fixes. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly while performing routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist with facility improvement projects and preventive maintenance schedules. Work full-time (40 hours per week, 7am-4pm) with occasional evening or weekend shifts for emergencies.
