Facility Maintenance

Inspect building, property, and facility equipment while reporting repairs and recommendations to the Service Center Manager. Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure quality standards are met and perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and outdoor area maintenance. Complete weekly and monthly audits and inspections, including cleaning the dock, yard, and office, plus sweeping and emptying trash cans. Communicate known equipment defects to the Operations Supervisor, report accidents immediately, and interact with customers and personnel. Available for irregular schedules and shift alterations, with duties split between Charlestown, IN (30-40%) and Louisville, KY (60-70%).
