Facility Maintenance

Full-time maintenance technician at Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include maintaining the club facilities with duties in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life-safety equipment; performing minor and routine painting and general maintenance; replacing air conditioner filters; tending to boilers and HVAC to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for members; maintaining quality member service standards; tending to pool area including chemical balancing and cleaning; adhering to safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules; promptly responding to and resolving work orders, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner; weekend and holiday availability.
