Job Summary
Perform routine building system checks and complete minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeep. Assist with machine shop equipment maintenance, including setup and preventative care, while helping design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixtures. Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications, and manage inventory of facility and maintenance supplies. This role supports safe, efficient operations across the entire property, working closely with facilities, manufacturing, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance procedures
- Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
