Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance and clean-up for buildings, grounds, HVAC units, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Perform repair and installation of office lighting, furniture, and electrical circuits, while maintaining compounding area piping and operating equipment. Execute general repairs on roofs, boilers, fire systems, and perform minor office construction as required. Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions, and provide vendor supervision. Complete required safety inspections and adhere to SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets. Requires 2-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
