Facility Maintenance (5826)

Conduct preventive maintenance and clean-up for buildings, grounds, HVAC units, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. Perform repairs and installations for office lighting, furniture, and electrical circuits, while maintaining compounding area piping and operating equipment. Manage general repairs for roofs, air compressors, boilers, and fire systems, including minor office construction as needed. Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions, and provide vendor supervision. Execute required safety inspections and adhere to SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets. Requires 2-5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
