Job Summary
Lead facility operations in a Goodwill retail and processing facility, managing daily activities with minimal supervision and directing subordinate staff across store and production departments. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping while providing outstanding customer service and donor assistance. Maintain facility cleanliness, oversee cash handling and security, and conduct employee training. Requires valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance for company business travel. Open availability including nights and weekends. Full-time or hourly at $20.13 per hour with benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of six months related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of personal auto insurance
- Ability to drive for company business
- Willingness and ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and departmental and organizational standards
- Must pass driver record
- Must pass background check
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
