Job Summary
Manage facility operations in the absence of Facility Management by directing personnel, ensuring accurate transaction reporting, and processing donated goods. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting donors and maintaining neat, clean premises free of safety hazards. Supervise employees, conduct training sessions, and enforce safety and cash handling policies. Ensure quality control standards and compliance with Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives. Drive for company business with a valid license and clean record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of six months related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of personal auto insurance
- Ability to drive for company business
- Willingness and ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and departmental and organizational standards
- Must pass driver record and background check
- Open availability including nights and weekends
