Job Summary
Conduct primarily inpatient coverage of CT-guided procedures, angiograms, embolization, biopsies, and drains, managing 1 to 15 patients daily based on procedure complexity. Serve as the first point of contact for resident triage during light call rotations. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with an approximate 1 in 6 weekday call schedule and 1 in 6 weekend call rotation. Requires IR fellowship completion; new graduates welcome. Access an online portal for assignment details and time entry while your specialized recruiter handles credentialing, privileging, housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- IR fellowship completion
- Must be available for Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Must be available for weekend calls approx. 1 in 6 weeks
- Must be able to handle light call -- residents triage as first point of contact
- Must be able to manage 1 - 15 patients per day depending on procedure complexity
