Job Summary
Locum Neurologist needed in the Los Angeles area. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute stroke patients with a focus on vascular-level care. Must have a vascular fellowship and competence in IV thrombolysis, patient selection for intra-arterial therapy, and CT perfusion for stroke care. Shift runs 8am–5pm. CompHealth arranges housing and travel and provides comprehensive malpractice coverage; credentialing and privileging are coordinated through the recruiter. Flexible assignments may range from short to multi-year engagements. Compensation ranges from $200+ hourly-equivalent terms, with all-inclusive pay details provided by the consultant.
