Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance tasks including timely repairs, scheduled maintenance on equipment, fire system tests, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Diagnose HVAC issues and minor system repairs, maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, and manage truck stock inventory. Respond to on-call emergencies, including nights and weekends, while independently or within a team. Use mobile devices to monitor work order management systems and develop client relationships through participation in meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience diagnosing HVAC issues
- Keen eye for detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duties beyond satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills with a great attitude
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with various building pumps, water softeners, and other facility mechanical assets
