Facility Executive - Technical

Job Summary
Oversee and execute technical facilities management for the Mumbai site, including monitoring and ensuring preventive maintenance, energy conservation, safety compliance, and risk management. Manage inspections, contractor maintenance activities, and inventory of mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting). Lead SOP development, audits, and training of on-site teams; coordinate with vendors to meet service delivery standards, improve energy efficiency, and deliver regular site reports. Demonstrate strong leadership, vendor collaboration, and ability to respond to operational and emergency situations; ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering graduate or Diploma in related field with relevant experience in facility management
- Minimum more than 5 years in Facility Management – Soft Service and Engineering, with 2+ years post-qualification experience for engineers or 4+ years for Diploma holders
- Tertiary qualifications in property, building or facilities management; contract administration experience; strong communication and leadership skills
