Facility Executive - Technical

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end site technical operations and maintenance at the Bengaluru facility, ensuring compliance with facilities management standards and client SOPs. Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC (Chiller AHUs, Ductable, VRV), DG sets, HT RMU, MHE, CCTV and access control, fire and life safety systems, and related maintenance schedules. Generate work orders, coordinate with vendors and client liaison, support short- and long-term projects, and contribute to energy management, audits, and continuous improvement within defined budgets. Requires Diploma/BE in electrical with a Grade-I Electrical licence to operate 11 KV and 440V systems; 4+ years of relevant experience; on-site role located in Bengaluru with rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (EEE) OR B.E. (EEE) in electrical
- Grade-I Electrical licence from Department of Electrical Inspectorate
- 4+ years experience in site technical operations and maintenance
- Shift: Rotational, 6 days/week
