Job Summary
Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations and civil maintenance within the facility while overseeing preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure risks. Prepare critical spares lists, maintain logbooks and PPM schedules, and handle daily breakdowns and ad-hoc set-ups independently. Review M&E contractor practices to ensure quality work and generate daily reports on maintenance, inventory, and downtime incidents. Assume AFM responsibilities as needed and ensure contractors adhere to house rules with minimal client inconvenience. Requires tertiary engineering qualifications and 3–5 years of facilities management experience. Located on-site in Gandhinagar with 48 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
- Diploma or Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 – 5 years experience in facilities management
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
- Strong PC literacy
- Proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
- Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required

Desired Qualifications
- Contract Administration experience of 5 yrs or more desirable
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
