Job Summary
Facility Executive responsible for Soft Services operations across housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, pantry and front-of-house services. Oversees hands-on supervision of service teams, coordinates with vendors, ensures high-quality service delivery, conducts inspections of common areas and facilities, manages schedules and corrective actions, and maintains safety and hygiene standards with PPE usage and SOP adherence. Includes vendor coordination, reporting, and KPI tracking to support facility appearance, cleanliness, and occupant comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or soft services operations preferred
- Supervisory experience of service teams
- Coordination with vendors and contractors
- Knowledge of housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, pantry and front-of-house operations
- Health and safety compliance knowledge
